Terms of cooperation

We believe in result based remuneration. Base remuneration should ensure each employee a regular and foreseeable salary. The level of monthly remuneration is depends on the type of work, market competition, employee qualifications as well as e|s|b results over the course of the year. As fringe benefits we offer the co-financing of language courses, studies, travel supplements.

We support the idea of Work Life Balance. To meet this, we offer flexible work hours. As a result, employees may start work between 7:00 and 10:00 and finish between 15:00 and 18:00. We also accept remote work.

Recruitment

The recruitment and selection process may vary depending on the nature of the position being offered. As a result, the candidate during the course of a recruitment process may be invited to take part in one or several recruitment stages.

The application received by us from a candidate is reviewed in the context of requirements and expectations stated in the profile of the position. Persons that initially meet our expectations will be invited to a meeting during which we would like to get to know the candidate better.

Depending on the position we are recruiting for, it may happen that we will want to check the knowledge, skills, including language, of the candidate in practice as well as the candidates personal predispositions. The best candidates will be presented with a job offer. At the same time we hope that the candidate during the entire recruitment process will have the opportunity to sufficiently learn about our company so as to be able to be convinced in the decision that e|s|b is the right company.

Students

We offer student internships. Every trainee has the opportunity to feel like a full-time employee, actively participating in the life of the company. By carrying out various projects, trainees will be given the opportunity to test their creativity, develop their skills and bring fresh insights into the business. For the internship program we are looking for motivated third to fifth year students of law and IT that are full of passion, ideas and energy.
In return we offer the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience, confront knowledge acquired during the course of studies with real world business, develop skills as well as the care of a mentor.
